Application of Energy Isolation in Refining and Chemical Enterprises

炼油化工属于复杂、危险、高难的行业,在生产运行过程中安全事故较多。在设备设施上进行安装、改造、修理、检查、测试、清洗、拆卸、保养和维护等作业活动时,若不实施能量隔离,有可能造成人身伤害、财产损失,并对环境造成破坏。文章对能量隔离在某石化公司生产安全管理中的应用现状进行了研究,分析了危险能量辨识与隔离的主要步骤,最后探讨了实施过程常见的问题及后续优化的方向。

Oil refining and chemical industry is a complex,dangerous and difficult industry.There are many safety accidents in the process of production and operation.If energy isolation is not implemented during installation,modification,repair,inspection,testing,cleaning,disassembly,maintenance,and maintenance of equipment and facilities,it may cause damage to personnel,the environment,and property.In this paper,the application status of energy isolation in the production safety management of a petrochemical company is studied,and the main steps of dangerous energy identification and isolation are analyzed.Finally,the common problems in the implementation process and the direction of subsequent optimization are discussed.
