基于直觉模糊理论的签派放行决策研究

Research on dispatch release decision based on intuitionistic fuzzy theory

签派放行是航班起飞前的重要环节,签派员需要对飞机进行放行评估,然而影响放行的因素较多,包括签派员主观经验和客观事实数据,需要融合多源信息从而进行放行评估。针对放行过程中主观条件和客观条件掺杂且无法量化的特点,构建双隶属度函数,根据直觉模糊函数中隶属度、犹豫度构建决策支持模型,为签派员放行提供决策支持。

Dispatch release is an important link before a flight takes off.Dispatchers need to evaluate the aircraft release.However,there are many factors which can influence the release,including operator’s subjective experience and objective data.It is necessary to integrate multi⁃source information to evaluate the release.In view of the characteristics that subjective and objective conditions are mixed and cannot be quantified in the release process,a double membership function is constructed,and a decision support model is constructed according to the membership and hesitation degree in the intuitionistic fuzzy function to provide deci⁃sion support for the dispatcher’s release.
