多种测绘技术方法在农村房地一体地籍测量应用中的能效分析

摘要 为了检验倾斜摄影测量用于农村房地一体地籍测量的技术可行性与经济可行性,文章以贵州省开阳县农村“房地一体”宅基地和集体建设用地权籍调查与确权登记国家示范项目实施测绘成果数据为例,开展不同测绘技术方法应用分析与评价,从测量精度、经济及时间成本等方面对传统摄影测量和倾斜摄影测量方案应用情况进行了比较研究;分析认为相比于传统测量,倾斜摄影测量作业效率高,作业成本较为经济,倾斜摄影测量技术多适用于平原、盆地以及地形起伏较小且居民聚集度高的区域开展农村房地一体地籍测量。 In order to test the technical and economic feasibility of oblique photogrammetry used in rural housing-land integration cadastral surveying,this paper takes the surveying and mapping achievement data of the national demonstration project of"housing-land integration"homestead and collective construction land ownership cadastral survey and confirmation registration in Kaiyang County,Guizhou Province as an example to carry out the application analysis and evaluation of different surveying and mapping technology methods.A comparative study was conducted on the scheme application of traditional photogrammetry and oblique photogrammetry in terms of measurement accuracy,economic and time costs.Analysis shows that compared to traditional surveying,oblique photogrammetry has higher efficiency and more economical operating costs.Oblique photogrammetry technology is more suitable for conducting rural housing-land integration cadastral surveying in plains,basins,and areas with small terrain fluctuations and high residents'concentration.
