在新的时代背景下,为了进一步实现资源公平配置,进一步提高企业经济效益,提出对于不同员工的工作岗位和任务量进行有效的绩效奖励,这样做既能够显著地提高员工的工作积极性,又能够提高工作效率。电力企业的人力资源绩效薪酬管理工作也需要进行一定的改革创新,让评价模式和奖励内容能够更好地服务于企业发展。
In the context of the new era,in order to further achieve fair allocation of resources and improve enterprise economic efficiency,effective performance rewards are proposed for different employees'job positions and task volumes.This can significantly improve employees'work enthusiasm and work efficiency.The human resource performance compensation management of power enterprises also needs to undergo certain reforms and innovations,so that the evaluation mode and reward content can better serve the development of the enterprise.
