Research Progress of Long-acting Gels

长效凝胶制剂是一类具有缓释作用的半固体制剂,因其具有生物相容性好、顺应性高等优势而备受关注,是一类极具发展前景的药物递送新剂型。依据凝胶形成机制的不同,可分为环境响应型凝胶和原位交联凝胶。本文归纳总结了近年来长效凝胶制剂的研究进展,并对各类原理所制备长效凝胶制剂研究中仍存在的关键科学问题进行剖析,以期为长效凝胶制剂的基础研究与产品开发提供研究思路。

Long-acting gels are semi-solid pharmaceutical preparations with sustained release characteristics,which have attracted much attention due to their advantages such as good biocompatibility and high compliance.According to the different gel formation mechanisms,they can be divided into environmental response gels and in situ crosslinking gels.In this review,we summarized recent progress of long-acting gel formulations and analyzed key scientific problems that still exist in the research on long-acting gels prepared by various principles.We expect it is inspiring for the basic research and product development of long-acting gel preparations.
