摘要
全氟化碳(PFC)纳米乳广泛应用于肿瘤的诊疗中,其PFC核心不仅能向肿瘤环境递送氧气,缓解肿瘤微环境缺氧状态,提高氧依赖性治疗方式的疗效,同时也可以在高能量的激发下发生从气态到液态的转变,应用于肿瘤成像和药物递送。本文综述了PFC纳米乳在肿瘤治疗和诊断中的研究进展,系统总结了PFC纳米乳分类以及在肿瘤治疗和诊断方面的应用,并提出了目前仍存在的一些问题及未来的研究方向。
Perfluorocarbon(PFC)nanoemulsionis is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.The PFC core can not only deliver oxygen to the tumor environment,alleviate the hypoxia state of the tumor microenvironment and improve the efficacy of oxygen-dependent treatment,but also undergo the transformation from gaseous to liquid state under high-energy excitation,which can be applied to tumor imaging and drug delivery.In this review,we focus on the research progress of perfluorocarbon nanoemulsion in tumor treatment and diagnosis,systematically summarize its classification and application in tumor diagnosis and treatment,and put forward some existing problems and future research directions.
