摘要
过敏反应是药物临床用药时常见的不良反应之一,而类过敏反应的临床表现与过敏反应相似,因而难以区分。由于类过敏相关的药物种类繁多,类过敏反应的发生机制研究也不完全,目前国内外尚未建立标准模型对药物的类过敏反应作出评价。本文对类过敏反应相关机制、类过敏相关药物的物质基础以及类过敏的体内外评价进行概述,为类过敏反应的进一步探究提供参考。
Allergic reaction is one of the common adverse reactions in clinic.However,the clinical manifestation of anaphylactoid reaction is similar to allergic reaction,which makes it difficult to distinguish.Due to the wide variety of drugs related to anaphylactoid reactions and the incomplete study of their mechanisms,there is no standard model to evaluate the anaphylactoid reactions induced by drugs at home and abroad.This review summarizes the mechanism,the material basis of drugs,and the evaluation of anaphylactoid reaction,in order to provide references for further explorations.
