卒中相关性肺炎患者分级药学监护路径的建立与应用

Establishment and Application of Graded Pharmaceutical Care Pathway for Patients with Stroke Associated Pneumonia

目的:建立针对卒中相关性肺炎患者的分级药学监护路径,并评价其应用效果。方法:制定一、二、三级分级标准和对应的药学监护内容并加以运用,通过比较监护组和对照组患者的抗菌药物联合使用率、抗菌药物使用强度、抗菌药物使用天数、住院天数、住院费用、药品费用、药占比和药物不良反应发生率,评价该药学监护路径的应用效果。结果:与对照组相比,监护组抗菌药物使用强度及药物不良反应发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论:本研究建立针对卒中相关性肺炎患者的分级药学监护路径且具有可行性,为临床药师对卒中相关性肺炎患者开展药学监护提供启发和参考。

Objective:To establish the graded pharmaceutical care pathway for patients with stroke associated pneumonia and evaluate its application effects.Methods:The standards and corresponding contents of pharmaceutical care were graded into the first,second and third levels.The application effects of this pharmaceutical care pathway were evaluated by comparing the combined use rate,use intensity and use days of antibiotics,the length of hospitalization,hospitalization expenses,drug expenses,percentage of drug cost and the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions between the intervention group and the control group.Results:Compared with the control group,the antibiotics use intensity and the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions were lower in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The study has established a graded pharmaceutical care pathway for patients with stroke associated pneumonia,which is feasible and provides inspiration and reference for clinical pharmacists to carry out pharmaceutical care for patients with stroke associated pneumonia.
