急性冠状动脉综合征冠状动脉严重程度的影响因素与γ-GGT及Hcy的相关性分析

The correlation between the influencing factors of coronary artery severity andγ--GGT and Hcy in acute coronary syndrome based on logistic regression analysis

摘要 目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)冠状动脉严重程度的影响因素及与谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GGT)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的相关性分析。方法选择连云港市第二人民医院2019年1月~2021年12月收治的ACS患者110例,采用Gensini评分对患者冠状动脉严重程度进行评估,根据评估结果分为轻度组(0~30分)和中/重度组(>30分)。采用全自动生化分析仪检测γ-GGT及Hcy水平,并与冠状动脉严重程度进行相关分析。结果年龄、cTnI、CK-MB、FPG、LDL-C、hs-CRP、γ-GGT、Hcy均为ACS的危险因素(P<0.05)。ACS患者Gensini评分与γ-GGT、Hcy水平呈正相关性(r=0.573、0.435,P<0.05)。结论急性冠状动脉综合征患者冠状动脉相对严重,但受到的影响因素较多,且与γ-GGT及Hcy水平存在强相关性,应根据可能的影响因素进行干预,以改善患者预后。 Objective To investigate the influencing factors of coronary artery severity in acute coronary syndrome(ACS)and its relationship with glutamyltransferase(γ-GGT)and homocysteine(Hcy).Methods 110 patients with ACS from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as subjects,and the severity of coronary artery was evaluated with Gensini score.The patients were divided into mild group(0-30 points)and moderate/severe group(>30 points)according to the evaluation results.Detected by automatic biochemical analyzerγ-GGT and Hcy levels,and correlation analysis with coronary artery severity.Results Single factor and multi factor logistic regression analysis showed that:age,cTnI,CK-MB,FPG,LDL-C,hs-CRP,γ-GGT,Hcy were risk factors of ACS(P<0.05);Pearson correlation results showed that the Gensini score of ACS patientsγ-GGT and Hcy levels were positively correlated(r=0.573,0.435,P<0.05).Conclusion The coronary artery in patients with acute coronary syndrome is relatively serious,but it is affected by many factors,andγ-GGT and Hcy levels are strongly correlated.Intervention should be carried out according to possible influencing factors to improve the prognosis of patients.
