摘要
目的研究肿瘤转移抑制基因亲吻素1(KISS-1)和色素框同源蛋白8(CBX8)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及与NSCLC临床特征的关系,以及二者之间的相关性。方法选取海口市人民医院(中南大学湘雅医学院附属海口医院)胸部外科2018~2020年间行肺部手术切除的存档病理标本蜡块108例,其中NSCLC组织84例,良性肺组织24例。运用免疫组织化学(IHC)方法检查NSCLC组织、良性肺组织中KISS-1和CBX8的表达,分析其与肿瘤的临床病理特征之间的关系,并研究两者之间有无相关性。结果KISS-1在良性肺组织中的阳性率明显高于NSCLC组织,有淋巴结转移患者NSCLC组织中的阳性率明显低于无淋巴结转移者,临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者NSCLC组织中的阳性率明显高于临床Ⅲ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CBX8在NSCLC组织中的阳性率明显高于良性肺组织,有淋巴结转移患者NSCLC组织中的阳性率明显低于无淋巴结转移者,临床Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者NSCLC组织中的阳性率明显高于临床Ⅲ期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。KISS-1与CBX8表达呈负相关(r=-0.341,P<0.05)。结论KISS-1和CBX8与NSCLC的发生、进展密切相关,二者在NSCLC中的表达呈负相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of KISS-1 and CBX8 in non-small cell lung cancer and their relationship with the clinicopathological features,and study the correlation of KISS-1 and CBX8.Methods The expression of KISS-1 and CBX8 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 84 NSCLC tissues,and 24 benign lung tissues,analyzed the relationship with the clinicopathological features of NSCLC.Study the correlation of KISS-1 and CBX8.Results The expression of KISS-1 in benign lung tissues was significantly increased than in NSCLC tissues.The expression of KISS-1 in NSCLC tissues with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than NSCLC tissues without lymph node metastasis.The expression of KISS-1 in NSCLC tissues from patients of clinical phaseⅠ-Ⅱwas significantly increased than NSCLC tissues from patients of clinical phaseⅢ(P<0.05).The expression of CBX8 in NSCLC tissues was significantly increased than in benign lung tissues.The expression of CBX8 in NSCLC tissues with lymph node metastasis was significantly lower than NSCLC tissues without lymph node metastasis.The expression of CBX8 in NSCLC tissues from patients of clinical phaseⅠ-Ⅱwas significantly increased than NSCLC tissues from patients of clinical phaseⅢ(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between KISS-1 and CBX8 expression,correlation coefficient(r=-0.341,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of KISS-1和CBX8 significantly correlates with the tumorigenesis and progression of NSCLC,there is a negative correlation between KISS-1 and CBX8 expression in NSCLC.
