摘要
中华文化的国际传播是加强和改进我国国际传播能力工作的重要组成部分,对提高国家文化软实力、提升国际话语权以及推动构建人类命运共同体有着重要意义,在新时代必须提升中华文化的国际传播能力。新时代以来,习近平总书记就如何做好中华文化的国际传播工作做出了一系列战略部署,中华文化国际传播能力显著提升。但还存在着传播内容有待拓展、传播策略针对性弱和传播工具依赖性强等问题,需要通过全面展示中华文化内涵、尊重各国文化主体特征和打造自主创新国际媒介等创新路径,切实提高中华文化国际传播能力。
The international communication of Chinese culture is an important constituent to strengthen and refine China’s overall international communication capability.It is of great significance to enhance China’s cultural soft power,intensify China’s international voice,and to propel the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.It is necessary to improve the international communication capability of Chinese culture in the New Era.Since the New Era,general secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of strategic arrangements,the international communication capability of Chinese culture has been enhanced remarkably.However,there are still some problems to be solved,such as the incomplete contents of communication,the weak pertinence of the communication strategy and the strong dependence on communication tools.To improve China’s international communication capacity substantially,it is needed to demonstrate the connotation of Chinese culture comprehensively,respect the cultural characteristics of various countries,and to create independent and innovative international media.
