露天煤矿顺倾软岩基底超前内排技术研究

摘要 针对顺倾软岩基底露天煤矿因边坡失稳引发的采剥失衡、采排失序等问题,选取蒙东地区典型软岩边坡露天煤矿作为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟、稳定性验算等方法,对条带控制开采超前内排工艺展开研究。结果表明:条带控制开采区域上部开口宽度确定为65~70 m;条带控制开采区域下部开口宽度为25~30 m;内排土场超前内排后单台阶平盘宽70 m,坡面角45°,单台阶高12~24 m,并采用自下而上的逆序排土方式,停排高度为602 m;。 The open-pit coal mine with inclined soft rock basement has many problems caused by slope instability,including mining and stripping imbalance,mining and drainage disorder,etc.The typical soft rock slope open-pit coal mine in eastern Inner Mongolia is selected as the research object.The advance internal drainage technology of strip control mining was studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and stability checking.The results of the study finally determined that the upper opening of the controlled mining area was 65 m,and the maximum was not more than 70 m.The lower opening width of the controlled mining area is 25 m,and the maximum is not more than 30 m.The width of single bench flat is 70 m,the slope angle of single bench is 45°,the height of single bench is 12 m to 24 m,the dumping order is from bottom to top,and the stopping height is 602 m.
