基于ADAMS的某手枪减后坐参数优化

摘要 枪械在射击过程中会产生较大的后坐力,影响射击精度,因此,要降低射击时的后坐力。针对该问题,使用ADAMS对某手枪进行动力学仿真,对后坐力以冲量的方式进行函数定义,对多个设计变量进行设计研究,找出对目标函数影响较大的设计变量,通过优化设计得到各参数较优组合。仿真结果表明,采用该参数设计组合,其后坐力下降了11.5%,说明该优化方法是可行的,对于降低枪械射击后坐力提供了一种理论依据。 In the process of shooting,firearms will produce large recoil force,which will affect the shooting accuracy.Therefore,the recoil force during shooting should be reduced.Aiming at this problem,ADAMS is used to simulate the dynamics of a pistol,the function of recoil is defined in the form of impulse,multiple design variables are designed and studied,the design variables that have a great impact on the objective function are found out,and the optimal combination of various parameters through optimal design are obtained.The simulation results show that the recoil force is reduced by 11.5%by using the parameter design combination,which shows that the optimization method is feasible and provides a theoretical basis for reducing the recoil force of firearms shooting.
