摘要
针对轻小型导引头的技术需求,创新性地设计了一种带有张紧轮和末端弹簧的精密钢丝绳传动结构,显著增大了导引头的负载空间,有效抵消钢丝绳在高低温环境中的伸缩量,从而消减传动空回、提高控制精度和系统稳定性。经过理论计算、有限元建模仿真分析,证明该结构设计的合理性。最后,投产导引头样机,实际测试导引头的动态性能,证明能够满足导引头的相关技术指标。
In order to meet the technological demands for small seekers,a driving structure based on precision wire rope drive is designed innovatively,which includes tension pulleys and terminal springs.This design significantly increases the load space of the seekers,the expansion of the wire rope is effectively decreased in high and low temperature environment so as to cut down the transmission idle return and to improve the control accuracy and system stability,Through theoretical calculation and finite element modeling simulation analysis,the rationality of the structure design is proved.Finally,the seeker prototypes are put into production,and the dynamic performance of the seekers are tested,which proves that the design could meet with the relative technical indicators of the seekers.
