无缝伸缩缝用高弹改性沥青及其混合料制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 将高弹改性沥青及其混合料与市售伸缩缝改性沥青对比,结果表明,相比于高弹改性沥青与Matrix502,BJ200Red与国产TST通过添加无机填料的方式提升高温性能,软化点>100℃,混合料40℃动稳定度>3700次/mm,但0℃低温拉伸测试不合格,且高温黏度大,190℃黏度>12 Pa·s.Matrix502材料偏软,40℃动稳定度仅为810次/mm,高温车辙严重.高弹改性沥青软化点102℃,40℃动稳定度仅为3530次/mm,且0℃低温拉伸测试合格,190℃黏度仅为3.4 Pa·s.实际工程应用表明,高弹改性沥青于150~160℃间施工时,黏度在10~12 Pa·s,具备良好灌注性,同时有效抑制了沥青高温发烟量. The high elastic modified asphalt and its mixture were compared with the commercially available modified asphalt tor expansion joints.The resultt showed that compared with tie high elastic modifed at-phalt and Matux502,BJ200Red and TST improved high temperature performance by adding inorganic filler,whose softening point were above 1008,and the dynamic stability of the mixture were above 3700 times/mm at 403.Howeeo the tow temperaturo tensiie test at 03 was not qualified,and high temperature eiscasite moro than 12 Pa-s at 1903.The Matrix502 materiai is soft,and the dynamic Wability is only 810 times/mm at 403,and the rutting is serious at high temperature.The high elastic modified asphalt has a softening point of 1023,and its dynamic stabilite is only 3530 times/mm at 403.The tow temperaturo tensiie test at03 is qualiOed,and the eiwoWty is only 3.4 Pa..at 1903.The practicat engineering applicatioa showed aiat tie eiwoWty of the high elastic modified asphalt was 10〜12 Pa•s during 150〜1603,with excallent mobilite and low smoke output.
