净味改性沥青混合料施工过程中的排放物研究

摘要 为量化净味改性沥青的净味效果,对沥青混合料拌和站、隧道沥青路面、露天沥青路面3类典型施工场景中释放的沥青烟进行了挥发性有机物(VOCs)、典型气体排放物、颗粒物等指标浓度检测.结果表明,选用净味改性沥青可明显降低沥青烟气的排放量;在生产过程中,净味改性沥青混合料的VOCs浓度较非净味改性沥青混合料降低了86.0%.在隧道沥青路面施工过程中,非净味改性沥青SMA-13混合料的SO_(2)、NO、H_(2)S、CO排放浓度普遍高于AC-20混合料;将胶结料替换为净味改性沥青后,SMA-13以及AC-20沥青混合料这4种气体的排放降幅均达到了30%以上.在露天沥青路面施工环境下,净味改性沥青混合料在摊铺的300 s内,PM10与PM2.5的平均排放浓度相对于非净味改性沥青混合料降低了46.9%及54.3%;净味与非净味改性沥青混合料的PM10与PM2.5平均小时排放浓度在16.0~27μg/m^(3)范围内,符合我国《环境空气质量标准》中规定的浓度限值. In order to quantify the smoke reduced function of odorless modified asphalt,the index con-centrations of VOCs,typical gas emissions,and particulate matter were detected for asphalt smoke released in three typical construction scenarios;asphalt mixture mixing station,tunnel asphalt pavement,and open-air asphalt pavement.The results showed that the selected odorless modified asphalt significantly reduces the emis-sion of asphalt smoke.In the production process,the VOCs concentration of the odorless modified asphalt mix-ture is 86.0%lower than that of the modified asphalt mixture.During the construction of the tunnel asphalt pavement,the emission concentrations of SO_(2),NO,H_(2)S and CO of modified asphalt SMA-13 mixture were generally higher than of AC-20 mixture.By replacing modified asphalt into odorless modified asphalt,the e-mission rate of SMA-13 and AC-20 asphalt mixtures has been reduced by more than 30%.Under the con-struction situation of open asphalt pavement,the average emission concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 were re-duced by 46.9%and 54.3%compared with the modified asphalt mixture within 300 s of paving of the odor-less modified asphalt mixture.The average hourly emission concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 of the odorless modified and modified asphalt mixtures are in the range of16.0~27μg/m^(3),which is in line with the concen-tration limit specified in the Ambient Air Quality Standard.
