摘要
神经源性异位骨化(neurogenic heterotopic ossification,NHO)是一种中枢神经损伤后在肌肉、肌腱及关节周围原本不存在骨的部位有新生骨形成的病理现象。NHO可引起关节剧烈疼痛和变形,甚至可进展为完全性关节强直,严重影响患者的生活质量。因此应该重视NHO早期的诊断治疗。本文主要就NHO的预防、手术时机的选择及可能的治疗靶点进行综述,以期为NHO的早期诊治提供新思路。
Neurogenic heterotopic ossification(NHO)is a pathological phenomenon following central nervous system injuries,i.e.,new bones are formed in muscles,tendons,and joint surroundings where no bones exist initially.NHO may result in severe joint pain,deformity,and even complete ankylosis,which seriously affects the patients quality of life.Therefore,the early diagnosis and treatment of NHO is very important.This article systematically reviews the prevention,surgical timing and possible therapeutic targets as well as potential biomarkers for NHO,in order to provide new ideas for its diagnosis and treatment.
