摘要
为了探究开口区域对服装整体屏蔽效能的影响规律及发生机理,采用半电波暗室搭建系统对电磁屏蔽服装进行测试,结合电磁理论对试验结果进行分析。结果表明:任何位置的开口区域均会对电磁屏蔽服装屏蔽效能产生降低作用,尺寸越大则这种作用越明显;开口距离测试点越近,对服装屏蔽效能的降低作用越大,其中距离测试点位置最近的开口对服装的影响占有重要权重。认为:应合理对开口进行设计,以保证电磁屏蔽服装整体防护性能。
In order to explore the influence rule and occurrence mechanism of opening area on overall shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding clothing,a semi-electric darkroom construction system was used to test the electromagnetic shielding clothing.Experimental results were analyzed combined with electromagnetic theory.Results showed that any position of opening areas had a reduced effect on the shielding effectiveness of the electromagnetic shielding clothing.The larger the size of the opening area was,the more obvious this effect was.The closer the distance between the opening and the test point was,the greater the reduction effect on the shielding effectiveness of the clothing was.The opening nearest to the test point had an important weight on the influence of clothing.It is considered that the opening should be reasonably designed to ensure the overall protective performance of the electromagnetic shielding clothing.
