摘要
在数字经济时代背景下,数字化转型不仅是企业提高财务业务工作效率的客观需要,而且也是全面提升财务管理工作水平的必要路径。数字化转型有利于强化财务管理的决策支持智能,增强财务抗风险能力。本文针对数字化转型过程中存在的财务管理理念不能适应、信息系统不完善、专业人才缺乏和风险意识不强的问题,提出了更新财务管理理念、提高业务人员数字化水平、完善财务技术系统支撑和构建系统化风险监控体系的转型策略,并介绍了某公路集团企业推进财务数字化转型的实践案例。
In the digital economy environment,digital transformation is not only an objective need for enterprises to improve the efficiency of financial business,but also a necessary path to comprehensively improve the level of financial management.Digital transformation is conducive to strengthening the decisionmaking support intelligence of financial management and enhancing financial anti risk ability.In view of the problems existing in the process of digital transformation,such as unsuitable financial management concept,imperfect information system,lack of professional talents and weak risk awareness,the transformation strategy of updating financial management concept,improving the digital level of business personnel,improving financial technology system support and constructing systematic risk monitoring is proposed.In addition,a practical case of a highway group enterprise promoting financial digital transformation was also introduced.
