基于EPC模式下的装配式建筑工程质量管理研究

Research on Quality Management of Prefabricated Construction Engineering Based on EPC Mode

装配式建筑是现代建筑行业的新型建设形式,不仅能够有效提高建造质量的控制水平,还能促进绿色可持续发展,提高建筑工程管理的效度。本文以质量管理为目标,通过对装配式建筑与EPC模式的基本概念进行阐述,结合二者优势和特点分析质量管理要点,并从建筑工程事前、事中、事后的全过程入手,提出设计、采购以及施工阶段的质量管理策略。

Prefabricated building is a new construction form in modern construction industry,which can not only effectively improve the control level of construction quality,but also promote green and sustainable development and improve the validity of construction project management.Taking quality management as the goal,this paper expounds the basic concepts of prefabricated building and EPC mode,analyzes the key points of quality management based on the advantages and characteristics of the two issues,and puts forward the quality management strategy in the design,procurement and construction stages from the whole process of prior,interim and posterior stages of construction project.
