Analysis of Cost Control Strategy of Industrial Park Construction Projects

本文以某建设项目为分析案例,目的是探讨建设单位对工程成本造价的控制。考虑未来城市发展的空间兼顾项目可实施性需要和地域性的差异,通过技术、经济合理可行性,从全过程的决策阶段、设计阶段、发承包阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段等出发,站在建设单位角度考虑整体项目目标成本把控的关键措施,为相关从业人员提供参考。

This paper takes a construction project as an analysis case and aims to discuss the project cost control of construction unit.Considering the future urban development space,project implementability needs and regional difference,through technical and economic rational feasibility,starting from the whole process of decision-making stage,design stage,contracting stage,construction stage,and completion stage,the key measures of the overall project target cost control are investigated from the perspective of the construction unit,which provide reference for relevant practitioners.
