老建筑、老街区是一座城市记忆的物质留存,也承载着老百姓的乡愁回忆,更是这座城市内涵、品质、特色的重要标志,具有不可再生的宝贵价值。因此有机的更新,可持续性的利用对于历史建筑、历史街区的保护十分有必要。有机更新指导历史街区的改造设计对当代建筑师来说,无疑也是颇具潜力的市场机遇。本文对上海市虹口区的历史街区有机更新的案例作简要介绍,希望可以作为有益的探索,对行业同仁的实际操作有所裨益。

Old buildings and old blocks are the material preservation of a city’s memory and also carry the nostalgic memories of the people,and they are also important symbols of the connotation,quality and characteristics of the city,and have non-renewable valuable value.Therefore,organic renewal and sustainable use are necessary for the protection of historic buildings and historic blocks.Organic renewal-guided renovation design of historic blocks is undoubtedly a potential market opportunity for contemporary architects.This paper briefly introduces the case of organic renewal of the historic blocks in Hongkou District of Shanghai,hoping that it can be used as a useful exploration and beneficial to the practical operation of industry colleagues.
