建筑工程管理及工程施工质量的有效控制分析

Effective Control Analysis of Construction Engineering Management and Engineering Construction Quality

伴随着新型技术的不断涌现,以及人们生活水平的提升,现代建筑开始朝多元化的方向发展,建筑工程日趋规模化,建筑风格也趋于多元化。建筑工程项目体量大、周期长、工期紧、质量要求高、管理要素多、管理难度大。若不能全面贯彻工程管理理念,落实质量管控措施,必然无法确保建筑工程建设目标。基于此,笔者结合自身工作实践,重点就建筑工程管理及工程施工质量的有效控制展开相关论述。

With the continuous emergence of new technologies and the improvement of people’s living standards,modern architecture has begun to develop towards the direction of diversification,construction engineering becomes large-scale,and architectural styles also becomes diversified.Construction engineering projects have large volume,long cycle,tight construction period,high quality requirements,many management elements,and great difficulty in management.If the engineering management concept cannot be fully implemented and quality control measures cannot be implemented,the construction goals of the construction engineering will inevitably be not ensured.Based on this condition,the author discusses the management of construction engineering and the effective control of engineering construction quality based on his own work practice.
