分析EPC项目总承包方的造价管控和合同管理

摘要 EPC模式是交钥匙总承包工程,是一种新的承包方式,通过总承包方负责工程的设计、采购、施工,对工程的质量、安全、工期和造价等方面组织实施和负责,实现项目管理模式集成化,完成交付。在EPC模式下,项目建设由传统的多主体演变为业主和总承包方的主体形式,意味着工程承包方要承担更大的风险和责任,因此,加强成本控制、管理水平和风险控制,才能为项目创造较好的经济效益。在这个过程中加强工程施工合同管理就是造价管控的重要手段之一。 The EPC mode is a turnkey general contracting project and a new contracting method,in which the general contractor is responsible for the engineering,procurement and construction of the project,and organizes,implements and is responsible for the quality,safety,construction period and cost of the project,so as to realize the integration of the project management mode and complete the delivery.Under the EPC mode,the project construction has evolved from the traditional multi-subject form to the owner and general contractor subject form,which means that the project contractor has to bear greater risks and responsibilities.Therefore,strengthening cost control,management level and risk control can create better economic benefits for the project.In this process,strengthening the management of engineering construction contracts is one of the important means of cost control.
