房建施工中混凝土质量通病及其防治技术

Common Problems of Concrete Quality and Prevention Technology in Housing Construction

现当今,随着我国经济的快速发展,房地产市场的蓬勃发展刺激了房建工程项目的实施,在开展各类房建项目时,混凝土施工是关键性的施工环节,在具体的施工作业开展中,因为混凝土施工的特殊要求,混凝土施工中常会出现各种施工不规范现象,增大混凝土结构安全风险。基于此,文章探析了房建工程中的混凝土质量通病,针对这些质量通病提出了有效的防治技术。

At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the vigorous development of the real estate market has stimulated the implementation of housing construction projects.In the implementation of various housing construction projects,concrete construction is a key construction link.During the specific construction operations,because of the special requirements of concrete construction,concrete construction often appear a variety of nonnormative constructions,which increases the safety risk of concrete structure.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes the common problems of concrete quality in housing construction projects,and proposes effective prevention and control techniques for these quality problems.
