摘要 为积极响应可持续发展与节能减排号召,建设新一代绿色节能建筑。本文以城市住宅被动式超低能耗建筑技术作为切入点,简要叙述被动式建筑的涵义、核心优势与发展历程,论证被动超低能耗建筑技术的应用可行性。随后,详细阐述保温围护结构、对流式供暖等被动式超低能耗关键技术在城市住宅工程中的应用要点,旨在推动城市住宅建筑迈向全新发展阶段,依托被动超低能耗技术构建一套全新的城市住宅建筑技术体系。 In order to actively respond to the call for sustainable development,energy conservation and emission reduction,a new generation of green energy-saving buildings is constructed.This paper takes the passive ultra-low energy consumption construction technology of urban housing as the starting point,briefly describes the meaning,core advantages and development process of passive construction,and demonstrates the application feasibility of passive ultra-low energy consumption construction technology.Subsequently,the key application points of passive ultra-low energy consumption key technologies such as thermal insulation enclosure and convection heating in urban housing engineering are elaborated,aiming to promote the novel development of urban housing construction and build a new urban housing construction technology system based on passive ultra-low energy consumption technology.
