摘要
通过工程实际经验及国内外学者分析可知,盾构推进过程中不可避免地引起地表沉降,但在透水性较大的软土地层中推进时,若不采取相应的技术措施易导致日沉降量超出警戒值,对地下管线及建筑物造成较大影响。本文以上海地铁某盾构区间项目为依托,对地表日沉降量超出警戒值的原因进行分析,并介绍为减小沉降量采取的应对措施,对后续在软土地层的盾构施工具有一定的指导意义。
Through the practical engineering experience and the analysis of scholars at home and abroad,it can be known that the surface settlement is inevitable in the process of shield tunneling.However,if the shield tunneling is advanced in the soft soil layer with large permeability,the daily settlement will exceed the warning value if the corresponding technical measures are not taken,which will have a great impact on underground pipelines and buildings.Based on a shield section project of Shanghai Metro,this paper analyzes the reasons why the daily surface settlement exceeds the warning value,and introduces the countermeasures to reduce the settlement.It has certain guiding significance for the subsequent shield construction in the soft soil layer.
