气象计量标准信息化管理系统的分析与设计

摘要 针对山西省气象计量标准管理现状,依据相关计量技术法规,提出了气象计量管理信息化的需求,系统以JJF1033-2016《计量标准考核规范》、JJF1069-2012《法定计量检定机构考核规范》及气象观测质量管理体系对计量检定的要求为依据,从气象计量标准装置管理、计量设备的管理、人员管理、标准文件集管理、体系管理等方面进行设计,实现了计量标准的全面管理和控制。此系统的设计与实现为气象计量标准管理工作规范化、信息化提供良好的平台,实现了气象计量标准管理的日臻完善。 For the current situation of meteorological measurement standard management in Shanxi Province,according to the relevant measurement technology regulations,the requirements for meteorological measurement management informatization are put forward,and the system is designed based on JJF1033-2016“Rule for the Examination of Measurement Standards”,JJF1069-2012“Rules for.the Examination of the Service of Legal Metrological Verification”and the requirements of meteorological observation quality management system for measurement verification,includes meteorological measurement standard device management,measurement equipment management,personnel management,standard document set management,and system management,realizes the comprehensive management and control of measurement standards.The design and implementation of this system provide a good platform for the standardization and informatization of meteorological measurement standard management,and realizes the increasingly perfect management of meteorological measurement standards.
