船舶检验中荧光磁粉探伤法运用分析

摘要 文章强调了船舶检验中荧光磁粉探伤法的应用优势,并从电磁轭、荧光磁粉、紫外线、照度计等方面入手,说明了船舶检验中应用荧光磁粉探伤法的前期准备工作要点内容。在此基础上,以磁悬浮液浓度的控制、检测时间与磁化时间的合理设定、紫外线灯的合理使用为切入点,阐述了船舶检验中荧光磁粉探伤法的具体应用要点及操作注意事项,旨在保证船舶检验中荧光磁粉探伤法的应用优势得到最大化显现。 This paper emphasizes the application advantages of fluorescent magnetic particle inspection for defects in ship inspection,starts from the aspects of electromagnetic yoke,fluorescent magnetic particle,ultraviolet ray,and luxmeter,and explains the key points of preliminary preparation for the application of fluorescent magnetic particle inspection for defects in ship inspection.On this basis,through the control of magnetic suspension concentration,the reasonable setting of detection time and magnetization time,and the reasonable use of ultraviolet lamp,the specific application points and operational precautions of fluorescent magnetic particle inspection for defects in ship inspection are expounded,aiming to ensure that the application advantages of fluorescent magnetic particle inspection for defects in ship inspection are maximized.
