随着城市化建设进程的不断加快,电梯设备被越来越广泛地应用在各类工程项目建设中。电梯设备为人们的日常生活带来了很多便利,电梯运行安全性与使用者的利益及生命安全密切相关。电梯在实际应用中,制动失效故障发生率比较高,而造成电梯制动失效的原因比较复杂,对此,本文首先对电梯制动的需求及原理进行介绍,然后对造成制动失效的原因和检验措施进行详细探究,以期能够为电梯运维管理人员提供参考。

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization construction,elevator equipment is more widely used in the construction of various engineering projects.Elevator equipment has brought a lot of convenience to people’s daily life,and the safety of elevator operation is closely related to the interests and life safety of users.In the practical application of elevators,the incidence of brake failure is relatively high,and the causes of elevator brake failure are more complex.Therefore,this paper first introduces the needs and principles of elevator braking,and then explores the causes and inspection measures of brake failure in detail,so as to provide reference for elevator operation and maintenance management personnel.
