大数据背景下幼小衔接中的家园合作现状分析

摘要 家长和幼儿园在幼小衔接中承担着重要的角色,能够有效保证幼小衔接工作的顺利实施。访谈发现,家长和幼儿园在幼小衔接的认识和行动方面有显著差异,存在双方缺乏沟通与合作、幼儿园教育效果监控不足、家长缺乏主动性的局面。双方应秉持着平等尊重的原则,多途径提升家长和幼儿园的科学认识,建立双方沟通的双向机制,发挥社会舆论的导向作用,多管齐下实现科学化的幼小衔接,力求为推动相关领域发展进行有益的尝试及探索。
