摘要
自石墨烯发现以来,后续又发现了具有石墨烯类似结构的二维过渡金属碳氮化物(MXene)。而Ti_(2)C纳米片作为MXene的一种,自身具有良好的性能,但是目前对其合成研究还不够成熟,主要表现在纳米片的尺寸较小以及产率较低。通过使用不同浓度的HF水溶液对原料(Ti_(2)AlC)进行选择性刻蚀,探究Ti_(2)C纳米片的合成,最后发现使用质量浓度为10%的HF溶液,在室温下反应10小时,然后用四甲基氢氧化铵有机大分子进行插层,增大层间距,最后超声辅助剥离成功制备出Ti_(2)C纳米片。
There have been discoveries of two-dimensional transition metal carbides or nitrides(MXene)with graphene-like structures since the discovery of graphene.Ti_(2)C nanosheet as a kind of MXene has good performance but their synthesis research is not mature enough due to the small size and low yield of nanosheets.To explore the synthesis of Ti_(2)C nanosheets by using different concentration of HF solution for raw material selectively etching(Ti_(2)AlC).It is found that using the mass concentration of 10%HF solution to reaction at room temperature for 10 hours,and inserting the TMAOH to increase the layer spacing.Finally,Ti_(2)C nanosheet can be synthesized successfully by ultrasonic-assisted exfoliating.
