一种用于合成α-烯烃的双功能催化剂

摘要 本论文采用了一种“糖-尿素-盐”法制备了一系列Co-Mn复合氧化物催化剂,并将其应用于费托合成制烯烃,然后通过水热合成法得到了一批ZSM-5分子筛,用物理混合的方式制备了双功能催化剂,从而进一步提高α-烯烃选择性。通过一系列表征手段对所制备的材料进行表征,结合催化剂的反应性能表现等进行研究,对反应机理进行一定程度的探讨和解释,并整理总结了催化剂制备过程中的规律和结论。 In this dissertation,a series of Co-Mn composite oxide catalysts were prepared by a relatively simple“glucose-urea-salt”method and applied to FTO(Fischer-Tropsch to olefins).Then a batch of ZSM-5 molecular sieves were obtained by hydrothermal synthesis.The bifunctional catalyst was prepared by physical mixing,which further improvedα-Olefin selectivity.The prepared materials were characterized by a series of characterization methods,combined with the reaction performance of the catalyst,the reaction mechanism was discussed and explained to a certain extent,and the laws and conclusions in the process of catalyst preparation were summarized.
