摘要
洁面膏是现代男女日常洁面、护肤的必需品,超过一半的人会在日常洁面中使用到洁面膏这类清洁产品。为了给消费者提供更清洁、更温和的洁面产品,本文对以氨基酸类表面活性剂为清洁基材,复配其他表面活性剂作为乳化剂的椰油酰甘氨酸钠体系洁面膏进行合成工艺的研究。通过改变反应的温度、乳化均质时间、乳化均质速率、乳化剂比例和酸碱度,分析产品的稳定性和使用功效性,优选出洁面膏的最佳合成条件。实验表明,在乳化温度为80℃,乳化均质时间为30 min,乳化均质速率为1200 r/min,乳化剂质量比例为2%,乳液pH值为6.52的条件下制备得到的洁面膏是较为理想的。
Facial cleansing cream is a daily necessity for modern men and women to clean their face and protect their skin.In order to provide consumers with cleaner and gentler facial cleansing products,this paper studied the synthesis process of sodium coacylglycine system facial cleansing cream with amino acid surfactants as cleaning base material and other surfactants as emulsifiers.The stability and efficacy of the product were analyzed by changing the reaction temperature,emulsifying time and rate,emulsifier proportion and pH.The optimum synthesis condition of cleansing cream was optimized.The results showed that when the emulsifying temperature was 80℃,the emulsifying homogenization time was 30min,the emulsifying homogenization rate was 1200 r/min,the emulsifier mass ratio was 2%,and the emulsion pH value was 6.52,the prepared cleanser was ideal.
