摘要
吡咯烷作为一类重要的五元杂环化合物,其骨架广泛存在于许多天然产物、活性药物分子及有机催化剂中,实现此类骨架的构建具有重要的意义。近年来,手性膦-酰胺作为一类重要的多功能配体,通过和金属络合催化甲亚胺叶立德与缺电子烯烃之间的不对称1,3-偶极环加成反应,实现了多取代吡咯烷衍生物的高效、高选择性地构建,本文就这一领域取得的进展做一简单综述。
Pyrrolidines,as a class of important five-membered heterocyclic compounds,widely exists in in many natural products,active drug molecules and organic catalysts.It is of great significance to realize the construction of such skeletons.In recent years,chiral phosphine-amides,as a kind of important multifunctional ligands,in coordination with metals,have achieved the efficient and highly selective construction of polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives by catalyzing the asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction between methylimide ylides and electron-deficient alkenes.This paper briefly reviews the progress made in this field.
