摘要
精馏实验是化工原理实验的核心内容,实验数据处理需要手工绘图来求解进料的泡点温度和理论板数,及查得物性数据利用插值法来估算比热容和汽化热等物性数据等,该过程繁琐且误差大。MATLAB是当前最好用的科学计算机之一,具有强大的绘图功能和实用操作性强的编程功能。针对数据处理特点,将MATLAB应用于精馏实验中,结果表明,MATLAB解决精馏实验数据处理问题简捷,准确。
Distillation experiment is the core content of chemical engineering principle experiment.The experimental data processing requires manual drawing to solve the bubble point temperature and theoretical plate number of the feed,and the physical property data obtained can be used to estimate the specific heat capacity,heat of vaporization and other physical property data using interpolation method.This process is cumbersome and has large errors.MATLAB is one of the best scientific computers at present,which has powerful drawing function and practical programming function.According to the characteristics of data processing,MATLAB is applied to the distillation experiment.The results show that MATLAB is simple and accurate in solving the data processing problem of distillation experiment.
