去活熔融石英柱-气相色谱法测定工作场所中溶剂汽油

摘要 工作场所空气中的溶剂汽油测定方法很多,而目前GBZ/T 300.62-2017采用的是热解吸-气相色谱法,基于此标准,本文旨在选择一种适用性强、效率高的毛细管色谱柱,固建立了去活熔融石英柱-气相色谱法测定工作场所中溶剂汽油的新方法。空气样品经热解吸活性炭管采集,热解吸仪解吸,经去活熔融石英柱,氢火焰离子化检测器检测。结果显示,方法线性范围0~15μg/mL,相关系数大于0.999,加标回收率90.3%~103%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~5.1%(n=6),批间精密度≤10%,批内精密度≤7%,解吸效率92.5%。该方法很好的解决了填充柱带来的弊端,且毛细管柱可配套主流的设备,适用于工作场所空气中溶剂汽油的测定。 There are many methods for the determination of solvent gasoline in workplace air,and currently GBZ/T 300.62-2017 adopts thermal desorption-gas chromatography.This paper aims to select a capillary column with strong applicability and high efficiency,so a new method for the determination of solvent gasoline in workplaces by deactivated fused silica column-gas chromatography was established.The air sample was collected by activated carbon tube,desorbed by thermal desorber,detected by deactivated fused silica column,and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector.The results show that the linear range of the method is 0~15μg/mL,the linear correlation coefficient is>0.999,the recovery rate of standard addition is 90.3%~103%,and the relative standard deviation is 2.4%~5.1%(n=6),Inter-assay precision≤10%,intra-assay precision≤7%,desorption efficiency 92.5%.This method solves the drawbacks brought by the packed column,and the capillary column can be equipped with mainstream equipment,Suitable for workplace air Determination of medium solvent gasoline.
