“课程思政”视阂下《食品理化检测技术》课程线上线下混合式教学改革的探索

Exploration on Online and Offline Mixed Teaching Reform of Food Physical and Chemical Detection Technology Course from the Perspective of“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”

课程思政就是要坚持立德树人,将知识传授、技能培养与价值塑造三者融为一体。文章以《食品理化检测技术》课程为例,采用线上线下混合教学模式的同时,对该课程教学过程中的思政建设思考、思政元素挖掘、思政教学设计与实施等进行探讨和实践,激发学生坚定理想信念、发扬爱国情怀、培养职业素养、践行工匠精神都具有重要的意义。

Curriculum ideological and political education is to insist on cultivating people with morality,integrate knowledge teaching,skill training and value shaping.Taking the course of Food Physical and Chemical Detection Technology as an example,adopting the mixed online and offline teaching mode,the ideological and political thinking of ideological and political construction,ideological and political elements mining,ideological and political teaching design and implementation are discussed and practiced.It is of great significance to inspire students to strengthen their ideals and beliefs,carry forward patriotism,cultivate professional qualities and practice the spirit of craftsmanship.
