摘要 在建筑施工水平不断提升的情况下,很多超高层建筑已经在进行机电施工时使用BIM技术,引进BIM技术能够有效提高机电施工管理效果,借助BIM技术的应用优势进行机电施工质量管理、施工进度管理、施工成本管理,能够有效提高超高层建筑的机电施工管理水平。该文首先分析在超高层建筑机电施工管理中BIM技术的应用优势,其次探讨BIM技术在超高层建筑机电施工的实际应用,以期对相关研究具有一定的参考价值。 With the continuous improvement of the building construction level,many super high-rise buildings have used BIM technology in electromechanical construction,which can effectively improve the effect of electromechanical construction management.It is necessary to introduce BIM technology and carry out electromechanical construction quality management,construction schedule management and construction cost management with the help of the application advantages of BIM technology,which can effectively improve the electromechanical construction management level of super high-rise buildings.This paper first analyzes the application advantages of BIM technology in electromechanical construction management of super high-rise buildings,and then discusses the practical application of BIM technology in electromechanical construction of super high-rise buildings,in order to have a certain reference value for relevant research.
