The systematic,professional,standardized and scientific level of China's maritime nuclear emergency management and preparedness is being comprehensively improved,so it is necessary to study national nuclear emergency regulatory requirements and maritime emergency facilities.The article focuses on the regulatory requirements of relevant laws and regulations on national nuclear emergency preparedness and relevant emergency facilities in nuclear power plants,including the main control room,technical support center,public information center,emergency command center,security and fire-fighting facility,emergency communication system,monitoring and evaluation facility,emergency evacuation road,etc.,hoping to provide reference for the construction of maritime emergency facilities.
