按照轮胎生产企业固体废弃物的来源、可否回收及有无危害进行分类,并对固废产生的原因、处理及安全控制措施等全过程管理进行阐述,目的是增加可回收和无危害固废的利用价值,降低不可回收和有危害固废的处置费用,确保处理过程安全,节约社会资源。

This paper classifies the solid waste of tire manufacturing enterprises according to its source,whether it can be recycled,and whether it is hazardous,and expounds the whole process management of the solid waste,including the causes,treatment and safety control measures.The purpose is to increase the utilization value of recyclable and non-hazardous solid waste,reduce the disposal cost of non-recyclable and hazardous solid waste,ensure the safety of the treatment process and save social resources.
