跨境电商食品市场发展的风险信息机制研究

Research on Risk Information Mechanism of Cross-border E-commerce Food Market Development

随着互联网科技时代的进步、经贸全球化的愈发便捷及跨境电商等新业态、新模式的涌现,我国跨境电商食品市场蓬勃发展。然而,我国跨境电商食品安全风险信息机制目前仍存在风险信息的采集不规范、风险信息的共享不通畅、风险信息的公开不充分、风险信息的公开不彻底等问题。因此,本文提出改善跨境电商食品安全风险信息机制要完善法律规制,明确界定主体职责;建立服务信息化平台,构建信息公开豁免制度;建立信息共享网,确保信息准确性;加大高新技术应用,提高信息追溯效能等针对性建议,以供参考。

With the progress of the Internet technology era,the increasingly convenient economic and trade globalization,and the emergence of new business forms and models such as cross-border e-commerce,China's cross-border e-commerce food market has flourished.However,there are still problems in China's cross-border e-commerce food safety risk information mechanism,such as non-standard information collection,impeded information sharing,insuffi cient information disclosure,and incomplete information utilization.Therefore,this paper puts forward some specifi c suggestions to improve the information mechanism for cross-border e-commerce food safety risks,it is not only necessary to improve legal regulations,clearly define the responsibilities of the main body,establish a dynamic mechanism for information disclosure,but also to establish an exemption system for information disclosure,increase the application of high-tech,in particular,to improve the eff ectiveness of information traceability,improve the social governance system,and strengthen international cooperation and exchange.
