基于俄乌冲突背景下中国石油进口问题影响及对策探析

随着欧美等国相继加入对俄制裁,已逐渐由地缘政治冲突蔓延至全球大宗商品交易市场,使全球金融与大宗商品贸易出口结构均受到相当程度的波及。在此期间,全球大宗商品市场价格波动剧烈,急上急下势头严重,能源安全问题日渐成为各国关注的焦点。我国改革开放以来经济总量不断攀升、行业景气度日益提高及各类工业化进程不断加快,对石油进口的依存程度也在不断加剧。如何从能源贸易视角探究俄乌冲突带来的问题、风险,并防患于未然,已然成为战略性课题。

With the European and American countries have joined the sanctions against Russia,has gradually spread from the geopolitical confl ict to the global commodity trading market,so that the global fi nancial and commodity trade export structure are aff ected by a considerable degree.During this period,the price of global commodity market fl uctuated violently,and the momentum of sharp ups and downs was serious.Energy security issue became the focus of attention of all countries.Since the reform and opening up,the economic aggregate has been rising,the industrial prosperity has been increasing and the process of all kinds of industrialization has been accelerating.The dependence on oil import is also increasing.How to explore the problems and risks brought by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine from the perspective of energy trade and prevent them from happening has become a strategic topic.
