Research on Energy Level Upgrading Path of Liaoning Manufacturing Industry under RCEP Background

RCEP背景下辽宁省制造能级的提升已成为制造业企业发展的必然趋势。本文以辽宁制造业能级提升为例,从辽宁制造业的现状出发,结合在RCEP背景下辽宁制造业发展的机遇及挑战,探讨推进制造能级提升的突破路径,系统分析并提出RCEP背景下辽宁制造业能级提升的实施策略。

Under the background of RCEP,the upgrading of manufacturing level in Liaoning Province has become an inevitable trend for the development of manufacturing enterprises.Taking manufacturing level upgrading in Liaoning as an example,this paper discusses the breakthrough path of promoting manufacturing level upgrading in Liaoning based on t he current situation of manufacturing industry in Liaoning,combined with the opportunities and challenges facing the development of manufacturing industry in Liaoning under the background of RCEP,systematically analyzes and puts forward t he implementation strategy of manufacturing level upgrading in Liaoning under the background of RCEP.
