摘要
中国建筑遗产保护工程在价值评估和实际施工之间存在很大的脱节现象,导致在保护过程中遗产价值有所流失,建筑遗产保护的复杂性和多样性亦往往为项目团队带来诸多困惑。欧美国家应用较广的操作指南性文件—“保护管理规划”,为不同背景的利益各方提供了一个可供讨论的平台,以便在此基础上谋求共识。本文通过伊姆斯住宅、罗比住宅和耶鲁英国艺术中心等保护案例,介绍了保护管理规划的理论框架和操作流程,并比较研究伊姆斯住宅和乾隆花园两个项目保护规划之异同,冀望借助他山之石以启发相关案例的探索研究,促进中国建筑遗产保护工程规划文件的完善。
The disconnection between the value assessment and the actual construction of Chinese Architectural Heritage Conservation Project leads to the unwilling loss of the heritage value in the process of conservation,which also brought confusions to the conservation project teams especially when facing the complexity and diversity of the architectural heritage protective measures.Conservation Management Plan,an operational guidance widely used in western countries,provides a platform for discussion on which related stakeholders with different backgrounds can reach a consensus.This article introduces the theoretical framework and operational procedures of Conservation Management Plan,through specific cases such as the Eames House,the Robie House,and the Yale Center for British Art.A comparative study on the conservation plans of the Eames House and the Qianlong Garden will also be demonstrated.It is expected that these valuable cases can inspire and better promote the development of Chinese Architectural Heritage Conservation Projects,bringing new light to related studies.
