摘要
本研究以提升仪表精度、消除运行缺陷风险为工作目标,针对化工电气仪表安装使用关键技术展开研究。首先介绍了施工准备、就地电气仪表装置安装工艺、仪表盘的安装等,进而针对化工电气仪表安装工艺展开详细研究;最后介绍了化工行业电气仪表温度参数自整定方法,并对化工电气仪表自整定效果做仿真实验,试验结果证明本文提出的技术满足仪表使用要求,具有可行性。
This research aims to improve the accuracy of instruments and eliminate the risk of operation defects,and conducts research on the key technologies for the installation and use of chemical electrical instruments.First introduces the construction preparation,the installation process of local electrical instrument devices,and the installation of instrument panels.Conducts a detailed study on the installation process of chemical electrical instruments,Finally,introduces the self-tuning method of temperature parameters of electrical instruments in the chemical industry,and makes simulation experiments on the self-tuning effect of chemical electrical instruments,and the test results prove that the technology proposed in this paper meets the requirements of instrument use and is feasible.
