基于阶梯式教学与差异化课堂的创新人才培养——以中山大学生物医学材料类实验课程教学为例

摘要 建设创新型国家和科技强国的关键在于创新人才的培养,高校作为人才培养的主要阵地,肩负着为我国科技创新和经济发展培养高水平创新人才的重要使命。中山大学生物医学工程学院聚焦如何在高等教育改革中推进高水平创新人才培养的重要命题,在长期教学研究与实践基础上,提出阶梯式教学与差异化课堂相结合的创新人才培养模式,在加强专业基础教育的基础上,循序渐进开展专业创新教育,培养创新人才。以生物医学材料类实验课程教学为例,对该创新人才培养模式的具体措施、实施过程及成效做详细论述。该培养模式可为我国高等教育探索创新人才培养提供有益经验。 The key to the construction of an innovative country and a strong scientific and technological power lies in the cultivation of innovative talent.As the main field of talent cultivation,universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating high-level innovative talents for scientific and technological innovation and economic development of the country.School of Biomedical Engineering,Sun Yat-sen University,focuses on how to promote high-level innovative talent cultivation,which is a crucial question in the higher education reform.Based on the long-term research and practice of teaching,an innovative talent cultivation mode featured by a combination of stepwise teaching and differentiated classes is proposed.In this mode,professional innovation education is conducted based on the strengthened professional basic education towards high-level innovative talent cultivation.Taking the experimental courses in biomedical materials as an example,the specific measures,implementation process and results of this innovative talent cultivation mode are discussed in detail.It can provide useful experience for our higher education to explore innovative talent cultivation.
