提高同等学力医学硕士培养质量的实践与思考

摘要 通过梳理同等学力研究生教育工作的历史沿革、发展过程以及国家各项规章制度的出台和执行情况,阐述同等学力申请硕士学位工作的现状以及医学类同等学力人员在培养工作中普遍存在的问题。结合实际工作经验从生源质量、入学门槛、工学矛盾、学校管理等方面剖析了内在原因。提出要秉承医学教育需将院校教育、毕业后教育、继续教育三者紧密衔接的原则,认真改革管理方法、提高入学门槛、加强过程监管,提高管理水平和培养质量,从而促进医学类同等学力高质量规范发展,促进医院、学院、学校共同发展。 By sorting the history and development process of the work of graduate education with the equivalent educational level,the introduction and implementation of national regulations,this paper describes the current situation and the problems that generally exist in the work of applying for master’s degree with equivalent academic qualifications especially in the medical field.The internal reasons are analyzed in terms of the quality of students,entry requirements,conflict between working and learning and management of colleges and universities.The paper proposes that medical education should be closely connected with institutional education,post-graduation education and continuing education,seriously reform the management method,raise the entry requirements,strengthen the process supervision,and improve the management level and cultivation quality,so as to promote the high-quality and standardized development of medical degree with equivulent academic qualifications and the common development of hospitals,colleges and universities.
