大学生创新创业意识培育及能力提升路径研究

A Study on the Cultivation Approaches of College Students’Innovation and Entrepreneurship Consciousness and Ability

深化高校创新创业教育改革,是我国建设创新型国家的重要举措,也是高校主动适应教育供给侧结构改革的现实要求。积极培养大学生创新创业意识是培养当代大学生创新意识和创业能力的有效途径。高校应注重优化教师队伍,并不断对课程教学进行改革创新。结合创新创业课程内容,采取灵活多样的教学方法,结合受教育者的个性化需求因材施教,激发学生的学习热情,并且在多样化的教学方法中注重学生的参与积极性。创新创业教育应与专业教育、思想政治教育、就业教育相结合。通过研究找出目前存在的问题,提出培育创新创业意识和提升能力的路径,以期对高校的创新创业教育提供借鉴与参考。

Deepening the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities is an important measure for the construction of a country of innovation,and also the practical demand for colleges and universities to adapt to the supply-side structural reform of education.It is an effective way to cultivate college students’innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the optimization of teachers,and continue to reform and innovate curriculum teaching.In combination with the content of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,flexible and varied teaching methods should be adopted to stimulate students’enthusiasm for learning.By combining with the individual needs of the students,and diversifying teaching methods,teachers pay attention to the participation of students.Innovation and entrepreneurship education should be combined with professional education,ideological and political education and employment education.By analyzing the current research status,this paper finds out the existing problems and puts forward the approaches to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship awareness and enhance their ability,in order to provide some reference for innovation and entrepreneurship education of universities.
