全球发展倡议视角下欧亚地区国家生物经济合作现状与路径研究

Current Situation and Path of Bioeconomic Cooperation among Eurasian Countries from the Perspective of Global Development Initiative

欧亚地区因其地理位置特点,是我国实现“一带一路”高质量发展和构建改革开放新发展格局的枢纽地带和重要合作伙伴。在科技快速更新迭代的背景下,欧亚地区生物经济面临广阔的发展机遇。文章基于习近平同志于2021年9月在联合国大会上提出的全球发展倡议视角,结合欧亚地区国家生物经济合作现状,分析推动欧亚地区生物经济发展与合作的路径。研究表明,为解决欧亚地区生物经济发展与合作中存在的问题,应坚持全球发展倡议的六大基本原则,充分利用上海合作组织等地区合作平台,结合地区生物经济发展现状和未来诉求,着力加强生物经济领域高水平国际合作,助力域内各国通过发展新兴经济业态,实现疫后经济的快速复苏,共同助力构建人类命运共同体。

Eurasia,with its special and important geographical location,is an important partner in achieving high-quality development of The Belt and Road Initiative and building a new development pattern of reform and opening up.Against the backdrop of rapid technological updates,the development of the bioeconomy in Eurasia faces broad development opportunities.This article takes the Global Development Initiative as an observation perspective and combines the current situation of bioeconomy cooperation among countries in the Eurasian region to analyze the path to promote the development and cooperation of bioeconomy in the Eurasian region.Studies show that in order to solve the problems in the development and cooperation of the bioeconomy in Eurasia,it is necessary to adhere to the six basic principles of the Global Development Initiative,fully utilize regional cooperation platforms such as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization,combine the current development situation with future demands,and focus on strengthening high-level international cooperation in the field of the bioeconomy,helping countries in the region to achieve rapid economic recovery after the epidemic through the development of emerging economic formats.By effectively improving the development level of regional bioeconomy,countries in this area will jointly help build a community with a shared future for mankind.
